This policy explains how ShowUp & ShowOut Cashflows LLC (“SU&SO,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal and business information shared through our digital forms, applications, and CRM systems, including Agile Business Formation™, Cash-Keeper Relief™, and Cashflow Compass™ programs.

We collect only the information necessary to provide professional services, which may include:

Business or nonprofit details (entity name, EIN, filings, ownership data)
Financial information relevant to bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation
Nonprofit or grant-related records (board, donor, or project data)

We do not request or store Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or private account passwords through public web forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Evaluate service needs and create proposals or engagement letters
File business or nonprofit documents through trusted partners (e.g., CorpNet®)
Provide accounting, compliance, and coaching services you request
Communicate updates, appointments, and educational resources

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing & Storage

Information is shared only with authorized partners or contractors under confidentiality agreements and only for the purposes listed above.
All client data is stored securely in encrypted CRM environments that comply with federal data-protection standards (IRS Pub. 1075 & FTC Safeguards Rule).

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored information at any time by emailing [email protected].
We will verify your identity before processing such requests.

6. Retention

Records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the service relationship or meet legal and tax-record requirements.

7. Consent

By submitting your information through any SU&SO form or portal, you consent to this Privacy & Data Use Policy and acknowledge that updates may occur periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website or by request.
